I made an order for three items from Teami Blends on 2/23/2023 (order number: 1783008). I got their triple berry protein powder, gut health triple berry powder, and Skinny detox tea. My order arrived yesterday, 3/2/2023, and I tried the protein powder this morning. Sadly, the aftertaste is just awful, and I had to toss out the rest of the drink because I couldn't finish it. I reached out to their customer service this afternoon to ask about getting a refund. They told me that all sales are final, and there are no refunds or exchanges. I honestly think it's unacceptable not to at least provide an exchange for a product that’s not up to par. It's ridiculous that I'm left with a product I can't even use. I'm asking for a refund for the product ($22.40) or, at the very least, some store credit. I've been a customer since 2017 and never had any problems with their products until now. I've also filed a complaint with the BBB, but they haven't responded to my attempts to contact them. Just a heads up—be cautious with this company.

Their products are useless, and the tea caused me awful cramps. I signed up for their subscriptions over six months back, canceled them, and somehow they just turned back on. The same day I got the charge notification, I asked them to cancel, but they told me to handle my own subscriptions. I insisted I didn’t activate them and requested proof, but they just asked if my email was right... the one they were already using to contact me! Now, it’s been two weeks with no reply, they won’t give me a phone number, and they’re refusing to refund me. They mentioned a 5-day notice goes out, so I asked for evidence of that, and they sent me three notices all in one day showing the charge and shipping details. This company is a total scam, and their customer service is nonexistent. I’ve tried reaching out on all social media, but still no response. I even attempted to leave reviews, but since they aren’t 5 stars, they won’t get published.

The product is pretty weak, and the customer service is just terrible. I wouldn't recommend this brand at all; my experience with them was not good.

I really dig the packaging! I began using the immunity & antioxidants and I just can’t get enough, haha. Not sure if it’s a good idea to munch on 10+ a day… the box mentions just 2. I figured I was loving them just 'cause I was hungry, but even after a meal, I still thought they were tasty.

I can't believe I dropped 150 bucks on two blenders, and neither of 'em showed up working. For my first order, I got two boxes that were completely empty. Then, when they sent me replacements, they were totally useless.

Not to say that i spent 150 in two blender and non of them arrived functioning. First order i did i received two empty boxes. When they send me the replacement they didnt work at all

My TEAMI blender ain't functioning at all. I plugged it in for a full day, but it only runs for a couple of seconds before it shuts off.

I charged for 24 hours, it only works for a few seconds and then stops.

I ordered some face masks through their site. For some reason, the delivery service couldn't get the package to me. It ended up being sent back to the seller, and now they’re not giving me a refund, just a gift card or a replacement. I really just want my cash back.

I've been trying out their skincare line, and I really dig how it has made my skin feel smoother and look more radiant. I totally suggest giving them a shot. I also went through the Detox program, and it really boosted my energy levels while making me feel cleaner and less puffy.

I have been using the skin care products, I love how have made my skin softer and brighter. I definitely recommend them. I also did the Detox program and this helped me a lot to recover my energy and my body felt cleaner and less bloated.

I began using their supplements towards the end of last year after hearing Bethany Frankel rave about how great they are. I really trust her and feel she wouldn’t back something she didn’t truly believe in. I kicked things off with Teami greens, collagen, Wellness Berry, and Gut Love probiotics. They’re fantastic! I usually mix one drink with all the products or just choose what I think I need for the day. I’ve got energy without feeling jittery. I feel well-nourished. I’m a big fan of everything they offer, and I reckon the longer I stick with them, the better I’ll look and feel.

I made my order more than a week and a half back, and the very next day, UPS indicated that a shipping label was prepared. I've reached out via email and phone, but no one has gotten back to me. At this stage, just give me my refund; this is really unprofessional.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I really regret not checking out the reviews about this company before I made my purchase.

There’s absolutely no customer support, and it’s been over 5 weeks with no sign of my products. When I asked about the shipping status, I was told to contact the courier myself. For a business boasting 1.1 million followers on Instagram, getting into Target stores, and sending out daily marketing emails and social media posts, it would be wise to focus on the real issue—your customers.

I even tried emailing and using their website for inquiries, but when I left a question on their Instagram, they just deleted it. If you’re curious why all the comments on their IG look so positive compared to the reviews here, it’s because they heavily curate their social media presence.

I was drawn in by their flashy marketing... and now I feel pretty foolish for falling for it. Just a heads up, be cautious when buying from this company. And just to reiterate, I still haven’t received the products I ordered, which total over $180.
